I’ve recovered so far from a strenuous fortnight of deadlines and of working-over-the-weekend, which if someone asked me what I did, I’ll probably get a baffled look.
Since when did great accommodations, organic-anything-breakfasts and generous over-time compensation constitute hardship? Well, it was a hardship for me. But work is work, and I’m good at what I do so…
But I could feel the mental and physical impact of it and the good thing was that all I needed to get back on track, was to eat well (meaning, eat boring shit) and to sleep early- 9 hours tops.
So the weekend is here and so is the dilemma of either relaxing (we’re watching a movie a dinner after on Saturday), or doing (important) chores like spring-cleaning. Two days is not enough to do both. But I guess I have to wait until October when my new work-hours take effect- yup, I’ll be doing four-day work weeks with Fridays off.
An extra day makes a whole lot of difference. You do all the straightforward house-keeping stuff on Friday, leaving the weekend intact.

I’ve wanted glasses with a camera since Google introduced the Glass back in 2013. As someone who has been taking photos for the longest time, I think it’s just another tool that makes the action easier and quicker. But as I’ve said before, trust people to fuck it up. And now, I may potentially get glaring looks when I step out with the new Rayban Metas that I’m thinking of getting.
Literally NONE of the people I know actually have a positive view about them. It doesn’t help that I already have a reputation for being a ‘serial photo/video taker’.
But a camera paired with my favourite eyewear brand? Of course I’m going to get a pair!
