The government/military villain who is responsible for the whole fiasco- a monster running amok, an alien gone rogue, a star witness on the run– and is now stopping at nothing to hide the deed and eliminate those who are out to expose the truth.
Well guess what? There are actual real life governments who are villains, and who would stop at nothing to stop anyone and anything that interferes with their agenda.
